Rebellion Brewery approached Toy Creative to brand a refurbished black horse-box trailer used for events and pop-up bars.
The goal was to create trailer graphics that were bold, simple and unmistakably aligned with the brewery’s existing brand identity while remaining highly visible in busy event environments.
-
The design focused on keeping the branding clean and confident.
Rather than covering the entire trailer, the graphics were built around Rebellion’s iconic logo and typography, applied in crisp white vinyl against the trailer’s matte black finish to maximise contrast and readability.
This minimal approach ensures the branding stands out clearly even from a distance.
-
Instead of a full wrap, the project used a layered vinyl decal approach, allowing the graphics to follow the shape and structure of the horse-box trailer.
Each graphic element was precisely cut and positioned to work around the trailer’s doors, vents and curves, creating a clean and professional finish.
-
The trailer now functions as a mobile brand asset for the brewery.
As it travels to festivals, markets and events across Buckinghamshire, the bold signage helps reinforce the Rebellion brand while attracting customers to the pop-up bar.
-
The finished trailer graphics transform the horse-box into a striking mobile billboard for the brewery.
With clean typography, bold contrast and carefully placed vinyl graphics, the trailer now reflects the confident and recognisable identity of the Rebellion Beer brand.
-
Branding a beer trailer is not your everyday design task — especially when the trailer in question is a refurbished black horse-box with some serious presence. But in true Rebellion Beer fashion, the brief was clear: make it bold, make it clean, and make it undeniably Rebellion.
Based in the lively riverside town of Marlow, Rebellion Beer has built a brilliant reputation for great beer and community spirit. This trailer was set to hit the road for local events, pop-up bars, festivals and markets, so the branding needed to make a strong, memorable impact without the clutter.
We began by mapping out the unique shape and surface of the horse-box, paying close attention to how graphics would sit around the curves, vents and doors. The design was centred on their logo — bold, classic, and placed front and centre — supported by simple typography and iconography in crisp white vinyl. This high-contrast palette looks stunning against the trailer’s matte black finish.
Rather than going for a full wrap, we used a multi-layered vinyl decal approach, giving us more flexibility and a punchier finish. The printed graphics were produced in layers for easy application, with each piece cut precisely to follow the box’s structure and flow. We worked closely with the signwriting team to ensure every letter and shape landed exactly where it should, giving the finished trailer a polished, professional look with just the right amount of rebellious flair.
The final result is a trailer that acts like a mobile billboard: instantly recognisable, striking from a distance, and true to the brand’s clean, confident tone. From the printed signage to the layered vinyl graphics, everything came together to create a cohesive look that is ready to serve up beer and branding wherever it goes.
