Rebellion Beer
Fleet signage graphics for Rebellion Beer
Toy Creative produced and installed a new fleet of commercial vehicle graphics for Rebellion Beer at their brewery in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
The brief combined bold branding with some fairly large pints. Oversized illustrated beer graphics, strong typography and Rebellion’s established identity were rolled out across a fleet of more than 10 vans, creating a consistent brand presence wherever the brewery goes.

Make the vans feel unmistakably Rebellion.
Rebellion needed a vehicle graphics system that could turn its delivery fleet into an extension of the brewery brand.
The vans needed to be instantly recognisable on the road, communicate the personality of the business and work consistently across a growing commercial fleet.
Rather than covering every available inch, the design uses the existing silver bodywork as part of the identity, combining it with Rebellion’s red branding and oversized beer illustrations for something bold, simple and very difficult to miss.

Exactly the sort of thing we like.
The hero graphic features an oversized illustrated pint being poured across the side of the vehicle, creating a visual that stretches across multiple panels and continues around the contours of the van.
Producing graphics at this scale means thinking beyond the flat artwork.
Handles, panel gaps, doors, body lines and curved edges all need to be considered before anything reaches the vehicle.
The result is a design that feels deliberately built around the van rather than simply stuck onto it.

The graphics were produced using our large format latex printer onto specialist vehicle vinyl.
Latex printing gave us the colour, durability and flexibility needed for large printed graphics while allowing the material to be heated, stretched and carefully conformed around the more complicated edges and contours of each vehicle.
That matters when your artwork includes a pint considerably larger than most people.
Once printed and prepared, each set of graphics was installed with close attention to alignment across doors, panels and adjoining sections.

With more than 10 vehicles in the fleet, consistency was just as important as the individual installations.
Artwork, print profiles, positioning and production were carefully controlled so every van carried the same visual identity, whether parked outside the Marlow brewery or out making deliveries across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
The fleet included:
Large printed vehicle graphics
Vinyl logos and branding
Side and rear vehicle signage
Conformable graphics around panel edges
Contact and website information
Consistent fleet artwork and positioning
Print, production and professional installation

The finished fleet gives Rebellion a strong, recognisable presence well beyond the brewery itself.
The silver vehicles, bold red identity and large beer graphics create commercial van signage that feels unmistakably connected to the brand while remaining clear and readable on the road.
More than 10 vans.
Quite a lot of beer.
And a brand now travelling considerably further than Marlow.

Fresh beer. Fresh fleet.
For Rebellion Beer, the brief was bigger than simply adding a logo to the side of a van. The aim was to take an already recognisable brewery brand and turn its delivery fleet into something just as distinctive on the road.
Working across more than 10 commercial vehicles at the Marlow Brewery, we produced a consistent vehicle graphics system built around Rebellion’s bold identity, oversized beer illustrations and straightforward messaging. The scale of the artwork gave the vans real presence, while the smaller details, from contact information to social channels, made sure each vehicle was doing a useful marketing job too.
The larger graphics were printed in-house using our latex printer onto specialist conformable vehicle vinyl. This gave us the colour and finish the artwork needed, while allowing the material to be carefully heated and worked around the van’s body lines, doors, recesses and curved edges.
That flexibility was particularly important here. When a graphic stretches across several panels and includes a pint considerably larger than the average human, there is not much room for things to drift out of place.
Each vehicle was carefully prepared and installed to keep the artwork consistent across the fleet, giving Rebellion a joined-up brand presence whether the vans are parked at the brewery or out delivering across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
It is exactly the sort of project we like. Big graphics, proper production thinking and a brand that is not afraid to take up some space.
The finished fleet is bold, recognisable and unmistakably Rebellion. More than 10 mobile pieces of brand advertising, all working a little harder every time they leave the brewery.
